Models of Practice

A seminar/series of Artists talks and presentations taken outside of the formal art school environment. 

Participating artists: Di Clay & Jane Dudman, Tony Maas, Inan Lau, Mattin, Roland Miller, Philip Barnes, Woon Tien Wei, Asim Butt, Stefan Szczelkun, Giles Perry, Jessica Lerner and Tiina Tietnavainen.

Archive area included; video pieces/footage by Em Druiff, Disco, the Independent Art School Conference, The invisible college,Anthea Hamilton, "24 frames of Separation" a video archive from an event organised by Claire Taylor and Simon Hollington; Zines and Statements; Books etc. Long Kang University and the Danger Museum also presented an archive/ installation.

Espen Jensen worked in the space for the duration of the event and produced Independent? Art? School? (I'd rather run a mile).

Philip Barnes has revised his presentation to include reflections on some of the talks that occurred during Models of Practice.
