Is our own holiday apartment and has been furnished to our own high standards.

And as such provides everything that you could wish for to make your holiday

as comfortable and relaxing as possible.It is quietly situated on the

first floor and is located in a commanding position at the front of the Hall.

An entrance lobby leads to :

A large sitting / dining room ,well appointed with two very comfortable sofas, A Nicam TV,

Video and CD/Radio,as well as games, books & local information.

It is light and airy in summer and comfortable and cosy in winter. It has a feature

fireplace and Bay window (dining area for 4) with views over the grounds towards

the eastern fells of Lakeland. ( top right in main photo)

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances :

fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker,and a toaster.

There is plenty of space and all the appliances are full size.

The bedroom with superb feature window (top centre in main photo)

and has a luxurious 5ft bed with matching dressing table and bedside

cabinets, Colour TV and a clock radio.

We also provide a travel cot & a folding bed.

Bathroom with shaver point, with a full size bath and electric shower.

All towels and Linen are supplied (except for cot & folding bed).
