1 The race is held under ARA Rules or Racing, Water Safety Code, and the Rules & Marshalling Instructions.

2 Entries close midnight Saturday 27th October 2007 or sooner if entries are limited. OARA entries only.

3 Entries will only be possible from 14th September as a modified OARA system is being introduced.

4  Entry fee of £36.00 plus a £5 refundable number deposit. Online payment only. No cheques.

5  No crew will be allowed to change class or category and any crew unable to conform to its category will be shown as unclassified. Any crew rowing below category may result in the disqualification all crews from that club.

6  Name changes may be made on the day at registration on presentation of a valid ARA card.

7  Registration will be at Tideway Scullers School Boathouse from 7am to 10am only on the day of the race.

8 All visiting crews must obtain permission from the Clubs they intend to boat from. The Committee will disqualify all the crews from any Club whose representatives do not conform. If possible, Clubs should try and make arrangements to boat from MORTLAKE; CHISWICK; BARNES or HAMMERSMITH. The parking of trailers along Putney Embankment is discouraged by the Police, Traffic Wardens and the Council and equipment must not block the road at any time.

9  The Committee does not accept any liability or responsibility for crews or their equipment.

10  The Committee reserve the right to amalgamate categories where entries are insufficient i.e. less than four entrants. Please indicate on your entry if you do not wish to race at a younger status.
