A free week to celebrate our return from Essen, fully loaded with new games. 16 people played Magic booster draft, and 16 played board games. Out of the new select we played Leonardo Da Vinci, Gheos, Yspahan and Khronos. Click here

Time Spiral booster draft still
popular with 20 players taking part. On the board games side of the
club, there were 12 of us. 4 of us played Augsburg 1502 twice. The
others played Tara-Seat of Kings, Die Magier von Pangea, followed

Still a good attendance for the
Magic draft using Time Spiral, but we managed to all fit downstairs
this week thanks to some extra tables being provided by the venue.
Board games played this week were Mesopotamia (x2), Baron, Ticket
to Ride: Europe, Bohnanza and Tara-Seat of Kings. Click here

Record attendance figures thanks to the release of Time Spiral, the latest M:TG set of cards. 46 people turned up (including 2 new members). This exceeded the capacity of the room downstairs and the boardgamers and roleplayers moved upstairs to the restaurant area. Thanks to club funds, we had already advertised this night as a £1 night, but we still made a profit. We will keep an eye on attendance at the club in coming weeks and we may have to make alternative arrangements if we keep getting more people.
Games played this week were Antike, Stephensons Rocket, Ra, Maharaja, Poison.
