An up to date Innoculation Certificate against Feline Enteritis (Cat 'Flu) must be presented before your cat/s can be accepted for boarding.

All cats are examined on arrival and the proprietor reserves the right to refuse admission to any cat showing signs of ill health. Veterinary advice will be taken if needed.

Should your cat become unwell after arrival, veterinary attendance will be arranged. The cost of any vet bills will be added to the boarding fees.

Entire adult males over the age of 7 months cannot be accepted for boarding.

Boarding fees are chargeable per day, a full days board will be charged for the day of arrival and the day of departure, to allow time for essential cleaning.

Should your cat be removed before the end of the period booked, full boarding fees will be payable for the whole period booked.

Should any cat/s not be collected within 14 days of the due date of departure, no communication having been received, the Country Cattery owners may assume responsibility for the cat/s future.

All fees are to be settled on or before discharge.

A deposit secures a booking.

A minimum of 14 days notice is required for cancellation of bookings.

Delivery and collection of cats during business hours unless a prior arrangement has been made.
