About us
Our aims are to enhance the development and education of children under statutory school age in a parent-involving, community-based group; to provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment; and to work within a framework which ensures equality of opportunity for all children and families.
What we offer
Our playgroup offers outdoor play, a climbing frame, a quiet room, a kitchen, snacks and outings. NEG-funded places are available from the term after children reach their third birthday, up to a maximum of five funded sessions at approved childcare settings per week. For children who cannot claim funding, the fee is currently £5.50 per 2½ hour session. Reductions are available for siblings attending at the same time. Special needs can be catered for on an individual basis, as well as special dietary requirements.
