We would like to announce that Neil Ballinger and Mark Featherstone are the new owners of Quantro Restaurant.

We have worked at Quantro for the last seven years as Head Chef and Front of House Manager, Neil is orginally from Stratford-Upon-Avon and has come from Billesley Manor which is a AA Rosette Restaurant, and Mark has come from the Clock Tower at Rudding Park Hotel.
