It has been built to exacting standards and it is arguably one of the most gorgeous looking buildings on the bay. It even has its own allocated parking space - a rare thing this close to Kotor! Simply wake up and from you bed, watch the cruise liners and yachts make their way into Kotor - the most famous and exciting place on the Boka-Kotorska Bay. The main heart of Kotor, a UNESCO world heritage site, is only a short walk away where you can find boutique shops, bars, cafes, casinos and restaurants. Alternatively, relax on either of the 2 balconies, enjoying uninterrupted views of Kotor or go for a swim in either the pool or the Bay - the choice is yours!

ACCOMMODATION	Bedroom 1 with sea views, large double bed with double wardrobe, bedside tables, lighting, UPVC door to balcony. Ensuite with shower, basin and toilet. A cot can be made available by separate arrangement (there will be a small charge for this service). Bedroom 2 with twin beds, double wardrobe, bambo parquet flooring. Access to the rear balcony. The bathroom has basin, WC, bath with shower, mirror with overhead lights, wall heater. Modern, fully equipped kitchen comprises of electric halogen hob, convection oven with extractor fan and light, microwave, integral fridge/freezer, fitted sink and storage cupboards. Cutlery, saucepans, kitchen utensils, plates, etc. and not forgetting the wine glasses! Sea facing living room with triple sliding doors to the front balcony, large comfortable settee (which is a double sofa bed), coffee table, TV, DVD player, split air conditioning (hot and cold). Dining area, with table and 4 chairs. A selection of games, books and DVDs are available for your use during your stay. Allocated parking space (labelled "E2") at the back of the apartment building. There are several restaurants, shops and supermarkets within minutes of the apartment. There are numerous interesting day trips either by boat to historical islands, caves and towns such as Kotor, Herceg Novi, etc. or by coach to Dubrovnik. The apartment is managed by an English speaking Rental Management Company who can help you find your way around.

DAY TRIPS AND SPECIAL INTEREST	The Rental Management Company for our Kotor-Muo apartment can also arrange specialist interest and activity holidays. These include: adventure activity weeks, sailing, hiking, paragliding, 4x4 jeep safaris, skiing / snowboarding, photography, painting, fishing, bird-watching and diving. They can also arrange dive excursions and yacht charter including bare-boat and skippered. (Details will be supplied on receipt of the final payment.)

DIRECTIONS	The apartment is easily accessible from international airports at Tivat 20 mins or Dubrovnik 55 mins drive (plus a short ferry trip). Tivat Airport has direct flights from London Heathrow every Saturday, flights to Dobrovnik Airport from London Gatwick. There are also charter flights operating in the summer from a number of UK airports. Full and comprehensive directions to the apartment will be supplied upon receipt of the final payment.
