ACCOMMODATION Bedroom 1 with sea views, large double bed with triple wardrobe, large dressing mirror, bedside tables, lighting, door to balcony and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, double wardrobe, oak parquet flooring, split air conditioning.

The bathroom has basin, WC, bath with shower, mirror with overhead lights, quality Spanish tiles, wall heater.

Modern, fully equipped kitchen comprises of electric hob, convection oven with extractor fan and light, microwave, fridge/freezer, fitted sink and storage cupboards. Cutlery, saucepans, kitchen utensils, plates, etc. and not forgetting the wine glasses! The front door leads onto a large tiled hallway containing hat and coat rack, with access to bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and kitchen.

Sea facing living room with large double opening doors to the front balcony, oak parquet flooring, 2 large comfortable settees (one is a double sofa bed), coffee tables, TV, DVD player, split air conditioning. Dining area, with table and 6 chairs.

There is also a selection of games, books and DVDs for your use during your stay.

There are several restaurants, shops and supermarkets within minutes of the apartment. There are numerous interesting day trips either by boat to historical islands, caves and towns such as Kotor, Herceg Novi, etc. or by coach to Dubrovnik.

DIRECTIONS The apartment is easily accessible from international airports at Tivat 40 mins drive plus ferry ride and Dubrovnik 45 mins drive. Tivat Airport has direct flights from London Heathrow every Saturday, flights to Dobrovnik Airport 35km away from London Gatwick (check their websites for the latest details).
