The High Commission can:

Endorse a child in the mother or father's passport

You will need to submit:

• Mother or father's passport in which the child's endorsement will be made
• Two recent passport size photographs of the child
• Original Full Birth Certificate
• Completed form FA 81. Please contact the Consular Section on 020-79300922 for the Form.
• Processing fee. Please call the Consular Section to confirm the amount. Payment can be made in cash (in person) or by money order or company cheque payable to the High Commission. Unfortunately the High Commission can not accept credit and debit cards
• 2 passport size photographs for return of Passport and documents
• Stamped addressed envelope registered for Guaranteed Delivery.
