My Blythes, newest listed first:

 Josie (EBL Hollywood) - Stock.

Josie is an Avenger. She likes to wear catsuits with hipster belts.

She is very proud of her arsenal of Action Man weaponry which she

will tout around and brandish at her enemies at any opportunity.

She loves 60's Cult TV shows, especially anything with

Patrick McGoohan, because she thinks he's so

charming and admires his integrity.

Marsha (Star Dancer) - Sand matted with haircut.

Marsha loves the 1950's! She works as a waitress in a shiny diner with

padded furniture, chrome and a jukebox, where people jive and drink

milkshakes and coffee. She loves to drive around the countryside very

fast in sports cars and likes rebellious men like James Dean and

Marlon Brando in the Wild One!

Victoria (Prima dolly Ashlette) - Stock.

Vickie is a 60's fashion model. She hangs out with the coolest most

beautiful people in swinging London. Her favourite film is Blow Up and

she adores Terence Stamp. She likes posing for fashion photos, but

only with the best photographers for Vogue and being seen in all the

coolest places hanging out with pop stars. She's a bit of a snob, too.

Hetty (Silver Snow) - Custom.

Hetty is a glamorous night club singer. She is a bit of a night owl and is

very fussy about what she wears. Everything has to be perfect, luxurious

and very stylish. She loves silk and jewellery and classic vintage evening styles.

Her inspiration in everything is Rita Hayworth in Gilda.
She was customised by the lovely Sherri (http://www.gggroovydolls.com/),

with additional make up by Linda (http://www.xoxoblythe.com/)

Dusty (Sunday Best) - Stock.

Dusty is a bit bonkers. Her favourite song is 'Raindrops Keep Falling on my Head'. She

has a little dance routine to go with it. She likes changing her eyes and the ''turning red' line.

She loves Easy listening and anything by the great master Burt Bacharach. She like to play her melodica and entertain the other girls with her silly renditions on pop and easy classics!

She also loves retro TV, especially anything by Oliver Postgate and Peter Firmin. Eg the

clangers and Bagpuss. She has her own plush toys which she often hangs out with.

Ophelia (Matte Mondrian) - Stock.

Ophelia is a little bit crazy and likes water! :)  It's very fitting that she was named

after a Shakespearian heroine.  She's is such a Classic girl.  The first Takara blonde

and I waited a very ling time for her.  I'm sure she will develop a few crazy habits…

but as yet she's still quite new.

Fabienne (French Trench) - Stock.

Fab is a film student. She likes to watch cult films and quote and talk about them.

She likes anything outrageous and controversial.  She's very outspoken and absolutely

100% candid and honest and very witty.  She's stolen a little bit of her personality from

our fabulous Australian dolly-friend Evette!  She's doing her dissertation on

"Images of Women on 60's Cinema".

Alana (Skate Date) - Stock.

Alana is a time traveller. She once took a trip back in time in the tardis to 1971 to inspire the people at Kenner and ensure the future continuation of her species. She came to live with us, from the very lovely Leah, in Seattle.

Yasmin (Samedi Marche encore) - Sand matted.

Yasmin does a lot of yoga and can stand up all on her own and dance around and do things the

other girls can't.  She practices all the yoga positions and meditates a lot.  She's named after

my local Curry House! :)

Topsy Jane (White Magic Night) - Sand matted.

Topsy Jane was named after an actress who appeared in one of my favourite 60's

films, "Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner", with Tom Courtenay.  She still loves

Tom and thinks about him a lot.  She likes to visit the boating lake in Finsbury Park

where Tom used to look after the boats before he was a famous actor.

Cynthia (Redhead KB)

Poor Cynthia was very yellow when she arrived.  I worked hard to try to sand it all

away and after hair treatment or two she was looking much better.  She's still a little

melancholy and sensitive & sometimes she gets quite sad.

India (Milk) - Stock.

India came to us from New York.  The girls were a little sceptical of her and her

cosmopolitan ways.  She can be quite aloof, being limited.  Some of the girls think she

may be some sort or spy or undercover agent and are a little intimidated by her.

Veronica/Ronnie (Tweedly Do No. 2) - Stock.

Ronnie was a very welcome addition to the family.  She just came down

the road from my good fiend Kim/Posie.  I couldn't bear to see a lovely TD

go to anyone else.  Ronnie is a bit more traditional that Vida and would

like to open a Tea shop in a small pretty, picturesque village called

Tweedlies Teas, with lace curtains and red gingham tablecloths.

Tess (Wispy Brunette KB)

Tess is named after Tess Durbyfield, the heroine of Thomas Hardy's "Tess of the D'Urbervilles".

She's quite vain and likes playing with her hair and styling it - so it becomes very pouffy...

in the way that only Kenner hair can.

Nancy (Aztec Arrival)

Nancy is the babe of the family. She's an Autumn girl and loves greens

and browns and her favourite thing to do is to play in the crisp leaves.

She likes venturing out doors, but not without her teddy in case she

gets scared. Ah!

Licorice (Lounging Lovely) - stock.

Licorice was in a British folk rock group called the Incredible String Band, she played harp

and was rumoured to be a white witch. No one knows what happened to the real Licorice,

it's a mystery.  This girl came to me via Paris where she spent time in the company of

Tiki Gods who instilled her with magical powers and mystical forces that we humans cannot comprehend. She loves British 60's folk music, anything on the Witchseason label.

Pentangle remain a firm favourite!

Rebecca (Brunette KB w/wispy bangs).

Rebecca is a wild militant revolutionary type. She believes in freedom and the right

to free speech and protesting.  She doesn't care that she has messy hair as long as she's

fighting for freedom and against exploitation.

Trudy (Kozy Cape) - stock.

Trudy loves being outdoors, tree climbing and trying to get dirty.  She's a very active,

inquisitive girl.  She just wants to be left alone to play with whatever she likes and

she likes finding junk to play with!  Poor Trudy always gets the best jobs to do around

the house.  She gets to do all the cleaning!

Miranda (Rosey Red) - stock.

She's attracted to anything sparkly and is able to make people do anything she want

ie. give her pretty sparkly things!  Likes dressing in red and pink...and glittery. She only

wears the best - loves designer labels and changes often!

Sylvie (I Love You It's True) - sanded and eye make up removed.

She thinks she's Brigitte Bardot!

Mlle Sylvie loves her idol, Brigitte Bardot and longs to be a New Wave film actress

just like her.  She loves her kitties.  She likes her bretton sweater and goes for the

saucy 60's starlet look.  She loves taking weekend trips to Paris!

Matilda (Disco Boogie) - stock.  Adopted from Chun

Matilda likes wearing green. That's what Chun whispered to me. She's very a very kindly soul - good with people (other dolls, too). She's a very popular girl and would like to be a HR Manager.

She's been to work with me and my colleagues think she'd be better perfect for it.

Kathy (Birdie Blue) - sanded.

Kathy is a wild crazy rock chick. She loves to hang out with musicians.

She likes wearing animal prints and anything sluttish and sexy! Rock on!!

Gloria (Sunday Very Best) - sanded.

Gloria is being particularly enigmatic. I was hoping she'd be an outrageous raver of a girl but

she's very sweet and quiet.  I'm thinking that she's going to be a therapist and look out

for my troubled girls, Eustacia and Dominique.

Penny (Blonde KB)

Penny is Miss Perfection! Cuteness all the way. She is a dream girl, Prom Queen- type

and can war anything but she seems to like white and pink - all sugary sweetness! I have to

take extra special care of her because she has poorly knees.

Eustacia (Goldie) - stock.

Eustacia is a very warm hearted girl, but she has had he heart broken by a wicked singer/songwriter/guitarist. Now she mopes around, writes songs, poetry and goes on the

occasional out-of-control drug binges! She's in need of therapy from Gloria.

She like to wear jeans and bold primary colours.

Vida (Tweedly Do) - sand matted.

Vida is very outgoing - in fact she loves travelling and is currently residing at a London

publishing house and going on tour to promote the not yet written 'Dolly Knits' book, which

may or may not get written. If anyone can sell dolly knitting then Vida can because

she looks fab in anything.

Alice (Bohemian Beat) - stock.

Alice is my boho fashionista girl!  She likes to wear outrageously patterned hippie flares best.

She's a tiny bit snobby but only with people who don't dress as well as her.

Dominique (Love Mission) - Lips repainted by Megan/Lapushka.

New forward facing grey & blue eyes.

Poor Dominique!  She's slightly traumatised from having her hair burned at a Blythe meet in Camden.

I sent her for a holiday to Auntie Megan at Blythe Rescue Mission for a lip paint and new lashes.

Jasmine (Tea for Two) - sanded, new eye chips: grey and aqua.

Jasmine is the nerdy librarian of the gang.  She takes care of all the book and is always reading and squinting over her specs.  She likes small floral prints and wears a lot of dresses.

Rhonda (Groovy Groove) - sanded, new olive eye chips.

Rhonda like pop music and sunshine.  She's named after the Beach Boys song.  She loves

hanging around at the beach.  I love her haircut!

Hazel (Cinnamon Girl) - sanded, new eye chips: brown and sea foam.

Hazel is a pop music freak, too. She'd love to play the drums.  She's quite loud and hangs out with Alice and Kathy. They talk about which is their favourite Neil Young album and all manner of nerdy nonsense.

Honey (Pow Wow Poncho Inspired) - sanded.

She's a geeky nerd.  She always seems to be hanging around computers.
