This 'No Smoking' Accommodation comprises:
Lounge with double glazed feature windows, bookcase, assorted paperbacks, 3 seater bed-settee, wicker armchairs, electric heater, colour TV, VCR, radio / cd player, and a range of videos, cassettes, & CDs.
On a very clear day you can just see the sea in the distance from the front windows.
The newly fitted kitchen with oven & hob, has a cordless jug kettle, microwave, toaster, and fridge. There is a redio cassette player in the kitchen too. There is matching crockery, cutlery, and glasses for 6.
The 2 bedrooms are fitted with a double bed, and there are bunk beds in the second bedroom. There is an electric heater, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers in each bedroom together with duvets, blankets and pillows. Please note: Personal linen (sheets & pillowcases), duvet covers, and towels are not provided.
The bathroom is fitted with an electric shower over a full size bath, wash hand basin, & WC. Hot water is from an immersion heater, and all electricity is free.
The chalet is carpeted and ideally furnished for a family of 4 persons, though the bed settee would enable 6 to sleep.
For your convenience, there is an iron & ironing board, as well as a vacuum cleaner.
There is no telephone in the chalet, but most mobile phones get a good reception.
There is ample free parking space provided for each chalet, though this is away from the chalets to enable children to play safely all round the chalet.

Guests are not permitted to bring pets on to the estate, so the grass parkland is very clean.
Unfortunately young single sex groups aren't permitted either, but not for the same reason.
This site is definitely a family friendly site.

It is advisable for guests to have transport, there being no local bus service to Point Curlew, and there are many wonderful local places of interest to visit, including the 7 local beaches.
Padstow is just 5 miles away, whilst Newquay (for Surf and Gift shops), Tintagel (home of King Arthur), and The Eden Project are all about 25/35 minutes drive away.

Frequent Questions:
What week is this auction lot ?
It's in the title ... Week (commencing) Month Day
(it may seem obvious to some, but I've had some regular experienced ebayers asking)

Can we squeeze 6 in ?
Yes using the bed settee - but it is a sleeps 4 / 6 chalet.
You can comfortably seat 5 on the armchairs and bed settee, and the extra one will need to use a wooden chair or very comfortable soft sun chair!

Is the site disabled 'friendly' ?
Reasonable, but not brilliant and this chalet has a big step in!
Other chalets are much more accessible than mine - best you contact the site direct.

Is there a barbecue area, and how close is it?
A purpose built barbecue area is about 100 yards away.
What if it rains?
What ?, in Cornwall !!!. There are quite a few games in the chalet to keep most ages occupied, and the Amenities Centre can cope with the rest.
The chalet is in an area of grass well away from any site roads and games areas.
So simple play and soft ball games are OK around the chalet. But only for very young children, parents, & OAPs
