Fullerton Whippets have been carefully 'line bred'.

The foundation bitches were
Courthill Crimson Belle
Silkstone Kiss of Fire
and also at one stage
Nevedith Major Medley.

Fullerton were lucky enough to use, at stud, one of the greatest whippets of all time, Ch. Nevedith Justa Jesta - a truly wonderful dog who stamped his mark on so many puppies. Whenever I met him I felt I was in the presence of greatness!!

I.L.L..

The Jesta/Crimson litter was outstanding,
Fullerton Agile Magic, Fullerton Agile Mover,
Fullerton Agile Star became Champions.
Fullerton Agile Dancer was not shown enough to gain her title.
They were born in very distinguished surroundings -
the school house at Clifton College,
home to Sir Henry Newbolt and Field Marshall Earl Douglas Haig.

Agile Magic was BPIB at Crufts and gained her title whilst in Junior,
a feat copied by her sister Agile Mover.

Meanwhile Silkstone Kiss of Fire was mated to
Ch. Nevedith Rare Rogue which produced Ch. Fullerton Dream Mover,
a stud dog of considerable presence and quite outstanding movement.
He has subsequently stamped his mark on the latest
and probably the best Fullerton litter -
two of whom could gain their titles (we live in hope!).
His progeny are enjoying success in the show ring.
BIS andRes BIS at The Whippet Club of Wales 2003-
plus 5 other class winners were his progeny.

It is a wonderful experience to live in retirement surrounded by dogs who are born great and who are slowly achieving greatness.

Ch Fullerton Dream Mover and Ch Fullerton Heavenly Mover are stud dogs of great merit and their handsome and commanding appearance belie their ancestry and line breeding.

These are the real Fullerton -
Ch Fullerton Dream Mover and
Ch Fullerton Agile Mover and are probably the best of me.

Ch Fullerton Agile Magic - did no more,
nor did she have puppies.
She is still alive, but was smitten by cancer,
she's a scary sight now, perhaps I should have let her go,
but she was my first whippet Champion.
She has a good quality of life and I love her dearly!
It doesn't matter that her beauty and vitality have left -
she's still 'MAGIC'.

'MAGIC' - Hers is a story of 'true grit' - canine courage of a high order.
For six years she has endured and fought cancer,
surviving three major surgical operations followed by
Chemotherapy, the last was in January 2005 when she had her uterus
and spleen removed. The Vet. consultant at Bristol University
Langford now thinks, "The curse may now be lifted"

Magic and I have struggled for the past few weeks
to get back to the show ring again.
We were both in Veteran at the West Country Open Show on
Sat 17th September. We were placed second in the Veteran bitch class.
She could have done better with a decent handler,
I was her biggest handicap!!

The camera does not lie.
The GLORY DAYS may have gone, but for a brief moment,

WE WERE BACK!!!!!
