Prices shown on the Online-shop are inclusive of postage. All mainland UK purchases are shipped via Royal Mail first class Recorded Sign For™ service. Providing proof of posting and signature on arrival please expect a request for signature on receipt of delivery. Most first class Recorded items arrive by next working day.

Returns:
We take great care to provide accurate photographic and descriptive information on each item. However, goods may be returned within 7 Days for full refund or exchange for alternatives (with prior arrangement), with the exception to "intrusive Jewellery" (Jewellery which enters the body such as earrings). We cannot accept these returns due to hygiene reasons. We require notification that you wish to return the goods within 4 days of receipt of goods.
It is recommended that Royal Mail Recorded Sign For™ service is used for Returns as we cannot accept liability for lost goods.

We update our web pages every day and as such, items may have already been sold before the page has been updated. In this event, a full refund or an alternative near equivalent will be offered. We will contact the buyer immediately if this situation arises.
