What We Do
Permanent Vacancies:
|
- We always fully brief the
Candidate about our Client, the vacancy, the salary/package, the
location, before we forward their CV.
- We
always gain permission from the Candidate before we forward
their CV to our Client. To do so without their permission is illegal under the Data Protection Act.
- We
always inform our Client of the Candidate's availability, salary, location, and any other
information our Client would like.
-
We always send a sensible number of CVs from which the Client can make a selection
for interview, i.e. we sift and select, we do not database dump.
-
We
always confirm interview details in writing with both the Client
and the Candidate.
- We
always check the with the Candidate the day before the interview to make sure they will be attending, they are fully aware of the job specification, geographic location etc..
- We
always check that a Candidate has attended their interview.
-
We
always debrief a Candidate after an interview to find out how
they felt about the vacancy, company etc.
-
We always discuss with the Client the interview with the
Candidate.
-
We always give feedback to the Candidate about their interview.
-
We always assist both the Client and the Candidate during the offer stage to give them a clear understanding of the offer and how it relates to the current market place for these
skills. By using us at this stage the likelihood of an
acceptance is raised considerably as the Client is not negotiating
directly but through a third party which is much less personal.
-
We always keep the Candidates submitted for a vacancy up to date with the status of the vacancy.
-
We always check to make sure a Candidate starts on the day they are supposed to start.
These processes are what we provide our Candidates and
Clients with and we believe this is what the market place
demands.

|

- We always produce contracts and have them signed by the
Client and Contractor before the contract begins.
- We always check a Candidates references are acceptable before an interview takes place.
- We always make regular contact with the Client and Candidate to make sure there are no problems or issues.
-
We always contact both parties well in advance of the expiry date of the contract.
