Our technical background within the
Computer Industry allows us to provide a very high quality
service which enable us to supply Candidates from disciplines
within Software Engineering, Networking, Development, Project
Management etc.,
Our fees vary dependent upon our involvement
with the Client. If we are used exclusively there are savings to
be made.
We acquire our candidates by a number of
methods: advertising on the internet and local newspapers,
networking our candidates, referrals. Most of our candidates
will be new to the market place, which means that they will not
have a list of possible job offers in the pipeline.
We do not use a large database of
candidates who have been registered for quite some time, if they
are still looking for work after 3 months it means that they are
finding it difficult to find work due to out of date skills, too
expensive, not good enough.
We can place advertisements on your behalf
and handle the response. You avoid reading large numbers of
irrelevant CV's and we will provide a short list based on your
selection criteria. Which will save to time and money.
