What is Reflexology?

• Reflexology is a therapy that applies pressure on the feet or hands to release corresponding blockages in the body



• The therapist applies appropriate pressure with their sensitive hands and so it should not be painfull



• The treatment indirectly effects the whole body and so can give relief to tensions say in the neck even though this is not touched
