Want to know more about Christianity?
We would love to welcome you here at St Olaf's Church.
There are events during the week for all ages, but do come and join us this Sunday - you will be very welcome!
The village of Poughill (pronounced Poffil) is one of the prettiest in North Cornwall, with its thatched cottages, old houses and church erupting out of the community. Only a mile from the sea at Northcott Mouth, it has become a popular place for holidaymakers staying in nearby Bude. Recent building means that the boundaries between the communities of Bude, Stratton and Poughill which used to be green fields only twenty-five years ago, are now blurred, but Poughill remains a welcoming, friendly place with a strong sense of its own identity and a historic interesting church well worth a visit.
