1991-1992 2-4 St Andrews Hill (Grade II)

  Dating from 16th Century with extensive seventeeth century additions. Purchased from Norwich City Council on a long leasehold and restored to provide two maisonettes and a lock-up shop. The maisonettes were sold on 125 years leases. First view is looking up St Andrews Hill towards London Street (after restoration).The second view is looking down St Andrews Hill towards St Andrews Hall (before restoration).



1992-1996 Augustine Steward House (Grade 11 restored*) This property is situated nearly opposite the main entrance to Norwich Cathedral.

    These photographs show the 'front' and 'side' elevations of this 16th Century merchant's house - transferred to the Trust on a long leasehold now let as an antique centre and offices.  

 


31-33 Church Lane (Grade II)

17th Century cottage with outbuildings - restored to provide four dwellings sold on 125 year leases.

Last two 17th Century Weavers Cottages unrestored in the city - restored with one roof rethatched and let to a charity as office accommodation. The property has now been sold to a private purchaser.
