Users of the Epidote Project’s website agree to accept these Terms and Conditions effective from the date of the first visit to the site.
The Terms and Conditions may change at any time and continued use of the site after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the changed Terms and Conditions. You are advised to look at the terms and conditions before placing an order.
Placing orders will be considered as acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders with a full refund and accept no liability for any loss, damage, expenses or problems arising from cancellation.
Delivery and Purchase information can be accessed from here and are part of these Terms and Conditions.
Your Statutory rights are not affected by anything in these Terms and Conditions.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, make available, transmit, broadcast, post, store, commercially exploit, resell, create a derivative or alter in any way any material on this site or items sold to you without our permission. All material including but not limited to text, photographs, graphic work, software, the appearance of the site and logos is the property of Epidote Projects.
3. Privacy
We ask for only the information that is relevant to processing your order. This will be name and the address to where the order is to be sent as well as email so that we can contact you with any order queries. Your credit/debit card details are not kept by us or known to us as this information is processed by Paypal and held by them.
Occasionally, we send out news/information by email but you will have the opportunity in each email to unsubscribe.
We will not pass on your information to third parties.
We will both securely store and later destroy any information we hold on you once it is no longer needed.
We fulfil the obligations of the Data Protection Act 1998 in relation to all information held by us.
4. Website
The information given on our website is as accurate as possible but there may be slight variation in colour, fonts, layout etc; this is often dependant on the monitor and software used to view the site.
The website may be altered by us from time to time and the items for sale maybe changed.
Epidote Projects does not accept liability for any loss, costs, expenses or damages arising from use of this site including but not limited to misuse of material from this site by third parties or any interruptions in accessing the site. Users of the site indemnify us from any liability arising from their misuse of this site and its contents in any way. While taking precautions we do not guarantee that this site or the site’s server is free from viruses or other destructive devices and we accept no liability for damage from such vectors coming from the site.
Users of this site agree not to access this site without permission and not to change, disrupt or damage any of its contents.
5. Refund Policy
We do not accept responsibility for Royal Mail delivery failures or damage to goods in transit. although we may, in good faith, replace goods damaged in transit if we are notified within 48 hours of your receipt and they are returned to us with the delivery note/invoice at your expense within 7 days. Our address can be found on this site, alternatively email or call us for our address.
We will only refund delivery costs if we have made a mistake. You must let us know within 3 days if the order is not as you ordered. However, you need to ensure that you give us the correct information when placing an order.
If you change your mind on your order before it has been sent out, we will refund to the same credit/debit card or return your cheque if possible. Please contact us quickly to confirm that it has not been sent.
We will advise you of any out of stock item as soon as possible and then either refund your money to the same credit/debit card/return your cheque or send a replacement of your choice.
If we are delayed in fulfilling your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you by email/telephone and you may cancel your order with a full refund by us. We will refund to the same credit/debit card or return your cheque.
Unforeseen circumstances include but are not limited to conditions beyond our control such as riot, war, civil unrest, fire, flood, industrial action, embargoes, general shortage of materials, acts of omission by governments, failure of our supplier or the postal service and telephone/network breakdowns.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts although this does not prevent us from pursuing claims through other courts. Any clauses or parts of clauses found to be invalid by said courts will not invalidate any of the remaining terms and conditions.
