Delivery and Purchase Information

Payments may be made in £ Sterling only. Credit or debit card orders may be made from this site through PayPal, a secure server. At the bottom of the Paypal page, choose the 'don't have a Paypal account, pay by credit card' option. If you would like to pay by cheque or have other enquiries, please contact us (click here to email) . Goods will be despatched once full payment has been received.
Orders paid by credit or debit card are sent out within 5 working days of confirmation of payment. Orders paid by cheque or postal order are sent once your account has been debited, usually within 8 working days of receipt and after our confirmation by email. Goods will be sent to the address given by you and payment will be debited from your account before the despatch of your purchase.
Please contact us by email if you haven’t received a confirmation email (web users) from Epidote Projects within 36 hours of placing your order.
Postage and packing prices are displayed at time of purchase. All orders are sent by Royal Mail apart from very large consignments which may be sent by other carriers. Deliveries are made currently to UK addresses only; other areas please contact us at (click here to email). Please allow 5 days for delivery and possibly longer during peak Christmas post times. UK outlying areas may take longer. If you would like your order to be sent using a next day delivery service, please contact us.
Goods remain our property until the full price is paid.
