Fabric / Paint Delivery in the UK is normally 7 - 10 working days - in the case of delay, we will contact you. Fabrics - Free p & p within UK & N Ireland. Paints - Postage & Packing will be charged in addition to goods as follows: 1 - 4 tins £8.00 / 5 - 9 tins £12.00 / 9 tins + Free of charge Upholstery Delivery - approximately 4 weeks. We will inform you of an approximate date with confirmation of your order. Overseas - please telephone or email for a shipping cost prior to ordering. We will at this point inform you of approximate delivery times. Customers receiving goods outside the EEC are responsible for any/all local taxes and/or duties incurred. Order Acceptance / Payment / Information / Title of Goods All accepted orders are conditional upon us being able to secure the necessary goods, and without responsibility for delays arising through any occurrences beyond our control. All risks relating to the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery. The goods will remain the property of Finishing Touch until paid for in full by the customer We try to ensure that all technical information and advice given is accurate however, we cannot ensure accuracy and the customer orders at their own risk. Goods will not be released until payment has been received in full. Prices are subject to change. Finishing Touch abides by the code of practice covering the use of personal data as outlined in the Data Protection Act of 1984 Roman Blinds & Soft Furnishings We want you to be completely delighted with your roman blinds & upholstery- so please be careful when measuring. All soft furnishings are made to your own specification and are non returnable. Unsure of fabric? - please request swatch sample prior to ordering. Returns Policy Important! - fabrics are cut by the metre to length required, therefore non returnable. On delivery - goods must be inspected and checked before cutting. In the case of receiving damaged goods, then they should be signed for as such and we must be advised in writing immediately. In the case of returning damaged goods, the customer to be liable for carriage charges. No claims can be entertained or exchanges made once the material has been cut. No returns can be accepted or will be credited without prior agreement. Please inform Finishing Touch within seven days at finishingtouchinteriors@fsmail.net, or telephone us on 01234 764098. In the case of the customer not being satisfied with the goods supplied for reasons other than faulty / damaged goods there is no return, refund or exchange. Any refunds will be returned to the customer in the form they were paid. Cancellation Cancellation - orders can only be cancelled prior to cutting / dispatch. A refund will be administered within 30 days of the customer notifying Finishing Touch of the cancellation. Once orders have been cut or dispatched, the order remains in place without any cancellation action available to them. Disputes In the first instance any complaint should be made direct to Finishing Touch and we will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly, confidentially, and effectively within 28 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
