We put this page together to try and explain why we think Casa Blanca is one of the best places for a holiday on the island of Fuerteventura. There is a lot of choice on the island and on a smaller scale there is plenty of choice on the golf course. The reasons given here will hopefully show why our property stands out from similar properties nearby.

1) Casa Blanca sits on a larger plot than almost all the other properties on the Los Arcos development. Sunbeds can be moved around the property to get sun at any time of the day.

2) Casa Blanca is located away from the road. Half of the bungalows front the main road through the golf course. The rest are on the quieter road that runs parallel to the main road. At the eastern end tucked away in the corner sits Casa Blanca. No traffic can pass the bungalow so it has a real secluded feel to it.

3) Our property manager was the very first person to offer the service on the golf course. We have built a great relationship with her and many people who have stayed at Casa Blanca make a point of telling us how helpful she has been. She knows the island extremely well and is always happy to suggest the best restaurants to visit and places to go.

4) Each time we visit our bungalow we try and add something to it. Whether it's planting another plant in the garden, adding some cds, dvds or books to the library we aim to make the next people's stay a little better.

5) We don't ask for a security deposit, preferring to operate an honesty policy. We accept that accidents sometimes happen and if the odd glass gets broken we won't chase you for a few Euros! However if you set fire to the curtains, we would expect you to own up and contribute towards their replacement!

6) We are completely up-to-date with all our taxes. As owners we are liable for rates, property tax, wealth tax and income tax. A lot of non-resident owners don't pay all their taxes and charge lower rental rates. Whilst this benefits renters in the short term, the facilities available in the resort and on the island will only be maintained if all taxes are paid.
