Dear Sirs,
We refer to the above-captioned tour which we travelled on.
We wrote to Thomas Cook, Peterborough on the 31st October 2007 with a number of very serious complaints, to which we have received neither response, nor acknowledgement.
We chased this letter with copies for your easy reference on 17th November 2007 for which again, we have received neither response nor acknowledgement (copies to your Tonbridge branch).
Your Tonbridge branch have been in touch and advise that they forwarded copies to Peterborough again on 20th November 2007, saying they would chase Peterborough again on 22nd November 2007, but, again, we have heard nothing.
We can only assume therefore, that once again, our letter has not been received by the correct department.
So that Thomas Cook in Peterborough may see all the pertinent correspondence to date, we have set up a website which may be found at www.dfparker.co.uk
Please feel free to visit it and print off as many copies as you feel appropriate.
We must say that we think it very unfair of a Head Office to let a local branch
down in such a way.
Thomas Cooks Head Office dont appear to adequately support their
local office and staff when things go so badly wrong.
Your motto may be : "Our world revolves around you"
Our motto is becoming: "The more we appear to be ignored, the more we feel aggrieved".
The courtesy of (if nothing else) an acknowledgment, would be a good start.
David and Diane Parker
