We had intended to email this note to you, but your Customer Services advises
that your branch do not have email access!
Further to our disappointing conversation yesterday, we spoke to an expert in postal matters concerning the incorrect addressing of our complaint letter.
His response is attached

P.S. We were were interested to note that Thos. Cook, Tonbridge's only concern
appeared to be that the street name was incorrect.
We heard no comments regarding the contents of the letter, nor any expression
of 'regret' that our tour was ....... "An experience - rather than a holiday"
We are also surprised that when the Manager is away, no-one in Tonbridge is
expected to deal with issues in their absence..
We did try to 'phone you at approx. 09.35am, but you were closed for staff training.
