EMAIL Thos. Cook, Peterborough (copy to Tonbridge) on 7th DECEMBER 2007
Chasing my 28th November Email and previous correspondence, none of which has been responded to.
I email them as follows:-
"HELLO .... ANYONE THERE?
It is now a further 9 days without response"
.... followed with a copy all of my 28th November email together with a note from Tonbridge Branch saying that they will get back to me on 7th December to see what has happened thus far.
Of course, had they 'phoned, there would be nothing to report.
