Email to ABTA on 7th December 2007 asking them to contact Thomas Cook on my behalf.

Sirs,

I had good reason to complain to Thomas Cook, principally about their tour manager.

I wrote on the 31st October 2007 to Peterborough.

I chased them, again by letter, on 17th November 2007

I emailed them on 28th November 2007.

I have not heard anything from Peterborough, and nothing worthwhile from their Tonbridge branch.

Please be kind enough to contact them on my behalf, asking them to, at least acknowledge that they have received my correspondence.
