Wimpey have agreed to replace the downstairs windows to match the rest.

Wimpey/Anglian replace the faulty upstairs
windows. The new windows were a different design to the rest of the house! Glazing
bars are missing from one window and a paving slab has been stained and needs
replacing.
27 May 03:
Wimpey failed to turn up to carry out
remedial works as agreed. (Replace upstairs windows/rebuild back fence)
Wimpey Homes are still refusing to sort
out the boundary which caused a neighbour dispute, or discuss the falsified
plans with John Austin MP.
The lying bigoted neighbour, Jim(move
the fence)Dunn, who paidŁ to have a fence moved by Wimpey Homes, and
persuaded the police to take me to court on a false charge, has sold up and
left. His best friend and neighbour, Ray(put it over the fence)Whiteman, who made a false
statement three and a half months after the event, has also sold up and gone (with
a police warning for harassment).
DI Sherman of the Directorate of
Professional Standards (Police Complaints) is still (Feb 04) conducting her
enquiry into members of Greenwich Police who supported my racist neighbour,
lied to my MP, and lied in their statements.
