• A week's booking runs from 4 pm Saturday to 10 am the following Saturday.
• Charges are from £500 to £700 per week or part thereof (please refer to our Prices/Availability chart for details, and contact us with proposed dates to change status to 'offered'. However firm bookings require an application!).
• A firm booking requires an accompanying (non-refundable) downpayment of 30%. The full charge for the booked period is due at least eight weeks before arrival. Please make cheques payable to Ullinish SC Ltd.
• All care will be taken to ensure that your holiday is as private, as peaceful and as satisfying as you would wish in this beautiful area.

Booking Conditions

• I agree to leave the house clean and tidy and undertake to keep all furniture, fixtures, furnishings, content and decoration in the same state of repair and condition (reasonable wear and tear excepted) as they were at the beginning of the let, and to report all breakages and damage to the Owner's agent and to pay such amount of repair or replacement as is reasonably requested.
• I undertake to occupy the house for a holiday only, and to vacate it at the end of the period booked.
• I agree on behalf of myself and my party that the holiday is taken at my/our own risk, and that I/we will take out any appropriate personal/travel insurance.
• I accept that once the booking has been confirmed the rent for the whole period will become payable unless a re-letting can be effected. Should the let not be taken up for any unforeseen circumstance every effort will be made to re-let and, if this is achieved, any payment made will be refunded less the cost of re-letting.
• Should the house not be available, any monies paid will be refunded in full (but no further compensation).
• The house is equipped for and sleeps eight, and this number must not be exceeded.
