REGULATIONS

THE ORGANISERS AND ANYONE ACTING FOR THEM ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ACCIDENT, LOSS, THEFT, INJURY OR ILLNESS TO ANIMALS, PERSONS OR PROPERTY.

* Current BHS Standard hard hats must be worn with harness’s fastened at all times when mounted
* THE JUDGES DECISION IS FINAL
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times
If you wish to make a complaint, please see the Show Secretary as soon as possible after the class a fee of £5 will be charged, refundable if complaint is upheld.
Horses are not allowed in the spectator areas of the show ground. Nor Are Spectators Allowed in The Horse Walks
There will be no refund of entry fees
* Please make sure you have time between classes and No class will be held up for late entrants. Classes will be called over the loud speaker. You may be allowed to enter a class late at the judge's discretion. If you know you will be late please inform the steward
*Stallions are allowed to take part in the ridden classes in the show and Graded stallions only in the CHAPS classes. Exhibitors are asked to be aware that there are a lot of children at the show and to take due care.
* Stallions must wear a stallion disc on their bridle. Handlers must wear current standard hard hats and be the correct age for the stallion they are riding.
*Ridden horses must be 4 years old and over. 3 Year olds may not be ridden at this show
* Show jumping classes are run under BSJA rules and rule 76.6 will apply
* Any exhibitor found verbally or physically abusing any Judge or Steward will be asked to leave the showground immediately

The organisers of this event will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone present must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey instructions

All Horse transport will be allowed into the show free - Support vehicles will be charged as spectators. Vehicles not displaying official Sponsors or Judges passes will be charged entry

THE SUPREME SHOW CHAMPIONSHIP - JUDGE: MrM S Grist, Riverbank Stud, Ebbw Vale
Will take place at approx 5 pm

All Section Champions and Reserve Section Champions (with the exception of the Children's Novelty Champion) are requested to appear for the Supreme Championship Judging. The Supreme Champion will receive The Queen Elizabeth Golden Jubilee Trophy Show Champion Rosette and £30 Prize Money. The Reserve Champion will receive the Schwartz Zauber Memorial Salver, and the Reserve Champion Rosette and £20 Prize Money
