Susie tells stories with passion and energy, weaving a colourful tapestry for her audiences. In true oral tradition, there was seldom a distinction made between stories for adults and for children. Around the camp fires, the story time was usually a shared experience. Everyone learned together, benefiting from the rich wisdom contained in tales of success and failure, of joy and sadness, of heroes and villains, of rich and poor, of famous and infamous... of life and death.
