This festival has a strict policy on access to changing rooms Parents and teachers are reminded that the safety of young people and their belongings are their responsibility during the festival Only competitors, parents, teachers and officials of the festival are allowed in the changing rooms No males are allowed in the girls changing rooms at any time. Boys are provided with their own changing room No photography or video/audio recordings are permitted
