Sessions

The first session will be an assessment when we can discuss your requirements and talk about whether we feel we can work together. We will then agree a mutually suitable time for regular sessions. I usually see clients weekly initially, although this will often vary over time. Sessions are an hour long.

Length of therapy varies greatly and we can discuss this in more detail when we meet.

I would expect us talk throughout about your expectations and goals and to develop a collaborative relationship to discuss the progress of the therapy.

Fees

My fees are £50 per hour.
