I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapist and supervisor with a range of expertise described on the following pages.
I believe the therapeutic process is most beneficial when it is a collaborative one between therapist and client.
My aim is to enable clients to explore their difficulties, enhance their understanding of themselves and each other and to develop ideas about future options.
Following professional qualification and experience in Human Resource Management I continued my training in counselling and psychotherapy.
I have worked as a counsellor and therapist since 1988 and am currently employed by Relate as a Clinical Supervisor in Couple and Psychosexual Therapy.
I work in private practice with independently referred clients and those referred by Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP).
